China's Wangkui County Bolsters Wind-Energy Projects, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Industrial Info is tracking 2,798 active wind-power projects in China, worth more than $335 billion. Guodian Technology Environmental Protection Group Company Limited recently signed a $290 million wind-power project agreement with Wangkui County, in Heilongjiang. The company will build 80 to 150 wind-power generating units, running south from the bend of the Hulan River in southeastern Wangkui County, to the city of Tongjiang.
