Iran's Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) is planning to develop the 3.4 billion-barrel Changuleh Oil Field, which is located in Iran and jointly owned by Iran and Iraq. PEDEC expects to recover 65,000 barrels per day (BBL/d) of crude oil from the field in two phases, and is opening the area up to foreign-based investors.
