China is Home to $5.44 Billion of Active Glass-making Projects, an Industrial Info Market Brief

China is home to $5.44 billion worth of active glass-making projects, according to Industrial Info's project database. Fengyang County plans to build the largest glass production base in eastern China. Anhui Flat Photovoltaic Glass Company agreed to construct two 1,200-ton-per-day flat glass production lines to expand plant capacity in Fengyang County, Chuzhou City. Construction is slated to begin in 2020 and to be completed within two years. See graph below for investment by county.
