U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminals received almost 10% of U.S. dry natural gas production in the month of July. This amounts to 6 billion cubic feet per day. In 2019, LNG has become the fastest growing natural gas-consuming sector in the U.S. Four LNG sites are already in commercial production, with two more scheduled for this year.
