Marathon Petroleum restarted the 75,000-BBL/d Ultraformer 3 on November 16, after the unit was shut on November 12, at its 437,000-BBL/d Galveston Bay Refinery located in Texas City, Texas.
Chevron restarted the 38,000-BBL/d Vacuum Tower on November 16, after the unit was shut on November 9, at its 100,000-BBL/d Pasadena, Texas, refinery.

Cepsa has begun a 30-day planned turnaround for the Lubrisur area, involving seven units, at its 247,000-BBL/d Gibraltar (San Roque) Refinery in Spain. The shutdown started on November 6, and is expected to be completed in early December.
Indian Oil Corporation Limited has rescheduled a 40-day plant-wide planned turnaround for seven major units at its 160,000-BBL/d Mathura Refinery in India. Initially scheduled for November 15, the turnaround is now expected to start December 6. Expectations are to complete repair and restart the unit by January 14, 2020.
Tehran Oil Refining Company successfully restarted the 125,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit 1, and four other units, on November 16 at its Tehran Refinery in Iran. The units had been under planned maintenance shutdown since October 14.
