Suncor has completed planned maintenance at its Upgrader located in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada, that began on September 3. Units involved are the 175,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker 2 unit, as well as four other units.
Phillips 66 completed planned maintenance on December 3, which had a staggered start beginning October 3, at its 82,000-BBL/d Rodeo, California, refinery. Units involved were the 23,000-BBL/d Hydrocracker 246; 18,500-BBL/d Reformer 244; and the 16,740-BBL/d Unisar Jet/Diesel Hydrotreater 248.
Countrymark Cooperative was forced to extend its planned turnaround, involving four units, that began on October 16 at its 26,000-BBL/d Mount Vernon, Indiana, refinery, due to additional required repairs. At this time, maintenance is expected to be complete by December 8. Previously, this event was expected to be complete on November 19.
International
Gazprom Neft PAO has completed a planned maintenance turnaround at its 243,000-BBL/d Moscow Refinery in Russia. The turnaround for three units and associated secondary equipment, which started in mid-October, was completed by the end of November.
Ufaneftekhim JSC has rescheduled completion of a planned maintenance turnaround for five units at its 190,000-BBL/d Ufaneftekhim Refinery in Russia. The turnaround started in early and mid-November, respectively, and was expected to be completed by early December. It has been extended until the end of December.
Fergana Refinery LLP has started a planned maintenance turnaround at its 146,000-BBL/d Fergana Refinery in Uzbekistan. The turnaround for the 12,000-BBL/d Catalytic Reformer LCH-35-11/600 started in early December, and is expected to be restarted around mid-December.
