Coal is still the most important source of energy on the planet. It represents cheap electricity production, and countries like South Africa, India and China are using it more and more as there is no alternative available to them. Industrial Info is tracking 71 African coal mining projects expected to kick off between June 2020 and June 2021, with a total investment of $10.76 billion.
