Sierra Metals has halted mining activities at its Bolivar and Cusi operations in Mexico after the government ordered the suspension of non-essential businesses to curb the spread of COVID-19. The suspension will last until April 30. Mining activity at the Yauricocha Mine in Peru has also been halted due to a government-ordered lockdown, which has been extended to April 12.
