Typhoon Molave-20 was moving toward Vietnam after hitting the Philippines during the weekend, where it disrupted operations at several power plants. Molave is predicted to intensify before making landfall on Wednesday in Vietnam. The storm's approach has prompted the planned evacuation of nearly 1.3 million people in Vietnam, mainly in the area from the provinces of Quang Nam to Phu Yen.
