Valero restarted the 57,000-BBL/d VGO Hydrocracker 943 unit on October 30, after being shut down on August 25 due to Hurricane Laura, at its 343,000-BBL/d Port Arthur, Texas, refinery. The refinery remains at rate reductions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
