China produced 16.9 billion cubic meters of natural gas in November, an increase of 11.8% year over year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics of China.
However, the growth rate was 0.1 percentage point lower than in October.
For this year through November, accumulative output of natural gas was 170.2 billion cubic meters, an increase of 9.3% over the same 11-month period in 2019.
China imported 9.18 million metric tons of natural gas in November, a 3.0% drop year over year, and 19.1 percentage points lower than imports in October.
For this year through November, China imported 90.44 million metric tons of natural gas, a 3.9% increase over the same 11-month period in 2019.
However, the growth rate was 0.1 percentage point lower than in October.
