Marathon Petroleum restarted its 72,000-BBL/d Texas City, Texas, refinery over March 5 and 6, after it was shut down on February 15 due to Winter Storm Uri. Separately, a plant-wide turnaround, which was to start March 5, has been pushed to a undisclosed date in the future. The refinery continues at rate reductions due to COVID-19.
