SUGAR LAND--August 20, 2021--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Hurricane Grace is expected to strengthen before making landfall in mainland Mexico late today. The storm lost momentum as it crossed the Yucatan Peninsula on Thursday, but reorganized over the Bay of Campeche as a Category 1 hurricane, with maximum sustained winds of 85 miles per hour early this morning. It is expected to generate storm surges of 3 to 5 feet above normal tide levels.
