U.S. Crude Oil Stockpiles Fall to Lowest in Three Years - U.S. crude oil inventories last week fell to their lowest in nearly three years while gasoline stockpiles rose, the Energy Information Administration said on Wednesday. Crude oil inventories fell by 3.5 million barrels in the week ending September 17 to 414 million barrels. Inventories now sit at their lowest levels since October 2018. U.S. gasoline stocks rose by 3.5 million barrels to 221.6 million barrels. Distillate stockpiles fell by 2.6 million barrels. (Reuters)

ONEOK Announces 30% Emissions Reduction Target by 2030 - Pipeline operator ONEOK Incorporated (NYSE:OKE) (Tulsa, Oklahoma) expects to achieve an absolute 30% reduction, or 2.2 million metric tons, of its combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2030, compared with 2019 base-year levels. Scope 1 and 2 emissions represent ONEOK's total operational emissions, including direct emissions from company-operated sources and indirect emissions from the generation of purchased power. Indian Refiners' August Crude Oil Processing Lowest in 10 Months - Indian refiners' crude oil throughput in August dipped to its lowest in 10 months due to ongoing maintenance activities at multiple refineries, government data showed on Wednesday. Refiners processed 4.36 million barrels per day (BBL/d) of crude oil last month, the lowest since October 2020 and about 4.8% lower than the 4.58 million BBL/d processed in July. (Reuters)
