Phillips 66 has almost completed a minor maintenance shutdown of the 122,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Crude 3 and 60,000-BBL/d Crude 4 units at its 242,000-BBL/d refinery in Lake Charles (Westlake), Louisiana. The shutdown began on October 29 for decoking, and the units are expected to return to normal operations over the next 48 to 72 hours.
