Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Hyundai Motor Company (Seoul, South Korea) is building a large-scale, eco-friendly liquefied natural gas (LNG) cogeneration plant at its Ulsan complex, which is the largest automaking facility in South Korea.

Hyundai's 184-megawatt (MW) LNG plant would replace about 72% of the electricity the Ulsan complex currently receives each year from Korea Electric Power Corporation (NYSE:KEP) (Naju-si, South Korea).
