The long-planned, high-cost Alaska LNG project is once again being shuffled to new ownership. Alaska Gasline Development Company (AGDC) has been looking for a private-sector company or joint venture to take over and implement the $40 billion project, and former heads of AGDC have made the offer with the newly formed Alaska Gasline & LNG LLC.
