Canada's Alberta Province Working on Grant Program to Entice New Petchem Development

The details of the 10-year Alberta Petrochemicals Incentive Program (APIP) still are being worked out, but the planned grants have the potential to attract billions of dollars in investments, said Dale Nally, Alberta's associate minister of natural gas and electricity, in a July 9 press conference.
