China's Coal Imports Jump 96.2% in October

BEIJING--November 23, 2021--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--China's coal output totaled 360 million metric tons (MMT) in October, an increase of 4% from October 2020 and an increase of 5.5% from October 2019, according to China's National Bureau of Statistics. From January through October, China's coal output totaled 3.3 billion metric tons, an increase of 4% from the same period in 2020 and an increase of 4.1% from the same period in 2019.
