Delfin Signs LNG Sales Deal with Gunvor - Delfin Midstream Incorporated (Houston, Texas) said on Monday it had entered into a long-term liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply agreement with global commodity trader Gunvor (Geneva, Switzerland). Delfin said in a news release its LNG plant in Louisiana will supply between 500,000 to 1 million tonnes of LNG per annum to Gunvor on a free-on-board basis at Delfin Deepwater Port for at least 15 years. Centrica Pumps Natural Gas into British Grid as Demand Rises - British Gas owner Centrica (Windsor, England) has released stored gas from its largest storage facility into the national grid for the first time this winter, it said on Tuesday, seeking to manage rising heating demand and contain prices. The Rough site, a depleted gas field off England's east coast, stopped storing gas in 2017 but was reopened by Centrica in October last year and now provides half of the UK's total gas storage capacity.
