Woodside Petroleum's proposed Scarborough gas development in Australia has received the green signal from Western Australia's Environmental Protection Authority. The major project will see gas initially processed on a deepwater floating production unit and transported via pipeline to Woodside's existing onshore Pluto liquefied natural gas facility.
