GALWAY, IRELAND--July 21, 2014 --Written by Martin Lynch, European News Editor for Industrial Info (Galway, Ireland) The European Commission (E.C.) has awarded more than 100 million ($136 million) in funding to three pioneering marine energy projects. The funding formed part of a larger 1 billion ($1.36 billion) payday for 19 renewable energy and climate change projects across the region.
