February 15, 2023--Written by John Egan for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--After investing about $7.2 billion in capital projects in 2022, Exelon Corporation (NYSE:EXC) (Chicago, Illinois) plans to make an additional $31.3 billion in capital expenditures (Capex) over the 2023-2026 period, company officials told investors on an earnings call Tuesday. Roughly two-thirds of that amount is slated to go to electric distribution projects.
