MANILA--February 23, 2023--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Between Australia becoming a leader of renewable-hydrogen production and Germany's hydrogen-technology expertise, both countries have committed to focusing on projects that could reduce the cost of renewable hydrogen and develop an entire related value chain and supply chain from Australia to Germany. Projects must take place in Australia. Australia and Germany have pledged AU$50 million (US$34.8 million) and 50 million euro (US$53.2 million), respectively, for the German-Australian Hydrogen Innovation and Technology Incubator (HyGATE) initiative. Four projects as part of HyGATE have been awarded conditional funding.
