The panel, organized by the Henan Development and Reform Commission and Henan Electric Power Company Limited (Zhengzhou, Henan), approved the plan on May 8, allowing preparations for the expansion project to proceed, according to the project designer, Henan Electric Power Design Institute (Zhengzhou, Henan).
