Vietnam-based Hoa Phat Group continues commissioning work for its $3 billion Dung Quat iron and steel mill complex, previously delayed by travel lockdowns caused by the pandemic. The 3 million-ton-per year iron and steel mill complex will include two blast furnaces, a steelmaking complex, and an HRC steel rolling mill in its Phase II construction and is expected to start steel production by the end of the year, with other facilities online by early 2021.
