The Mexican government has presented a 2020-2024 infrastructure investment program that aims at implementing a number of projects in different industrial sectors. In the Chemical Processing Industry, the program includes the reactivation of a fertilizers plant owned and operated by Pemex Petroquimica located in Ciudad Camargo.
