September 23, 2025--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Spanish energy company Repsol (Madrid) announced last week that it has started commercial operations at its Outpost solar farm in Webb County, Texas, in the far south of the state near Laredo and the Mexican border. Construction on the Outpost solar farm began in late 2024, with Primoris Renewable Energy (Aurora, Colorado) acting as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firm.
