San Francisco County Leads California in Value of Projects Under Construction

A substantial amount of the state's project activity is concentrated in the five highest-ranked counties for under-construction projects. Together, these top five counties account for more than $57 billion worth of the state's spending. San Francisco County, boasting more than $29 billion worth of projects underway, leads the state in terms of industrial spending.
