PDVSA's 80,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) (DCAY) at its 625,000-BBL/d Amuay Refinery in Venezuela, remains offline. The unit, which was forced to shut down on March 2 due to catalyst issues, remains under mechanical repairs; current expectations are to restart the unit no sooner than late July. Separately, the 120,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation 4 and 180,000-BBL/d Crude 5 units remain offline until late July and November, respectively.
