Pemex commissioned the Combinada Maya (crude) units at its 340,000-BBL/d Dos Bocas Olmeca refinery in Mexico, while commissioning of the remaining processing units and auxiliary services continues. Based on recent research by IIR Energy, the commercial startup, which is currently set for May, could be further postponed due to delays in commissioning, testing and pre-startup activities.
