Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Lotte Biologics (Seoul, South Korea) has signed a land sale contract to build a plant for the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in Songdo International City, Incheon, South Korea.
Currently, design work is in progress with Lotte Engineering & Construction (Seoul), and it is expected that construction and subcontracting contracts will be issued after the first half of next year.
The facility will have a production capacity of 120,000 liters of antibody drugs when completed in 2027.
