Beer Distributor Relocates within New Jersey

After operating for more than half a century in Trenton where it has been distributing Anheuser-Bush InBev (NYSE:BUD) products in Mercy and Burlington counties, the company decided to relocate, as the current facility can longer accommodate its operations after acquiring Crown Beer Distributors (Manasquan, New Jersey), which distributes beer products in Monmouth and Ocean counties.

Located on a 19-acre site, the new facility will include a 150,0000-square-foot building with warehouse machinery and equipment, as well as an office area. Groundbreaking is scheduled for early March, and project completion is anticipated for later this year. Ritchie & Page Distributing Company selected Matrix Development Group (Cranbury, New York) as construction manager and expects to select a general contractor before the end of the month. The cost of the project cost is estimated to be about $10 million.
