China's coal output totaled 320 million metric tons in July, a 12.2% increase from the same period last year, according to China's National Bureau of Statistics. From January to July 2019, China's coal output totaled 2.09 billion metric tons, a 4.3% increase from the same period last year.
China's coal imports totaled 32.89 million metric tons in July, a 13.4% increase from July 2018. From January to July 2019, China's coal imports totaled 154 million metric tons, a 7% increase from the same period last year.
