China's Lithium-Ion Battery Production Grows in 2022

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--China's lithium-ion battery production totaled 52.5 gigawatt-hours (GWh) in December, down 15.8% from November, but up 65.9% from December 2021, according to monthly data from China's Industry Innovation Alliance.

From January to December, the China's lithium-ion battery production totaled 545.9 GWh, a 148.5% increase from 2021.
