U.S. Oil Drillers Add Most Rigs Since June - U.S. energy companies added the most oil drilling rigs in a week since June. Drillers added nine oil rigs in the week to November 10, bringing the total count up to 738. (Reuters)
Venezuela Set to Pump Least Oil for 29 Years - Venezuela is set to pump the least oil in almost three decades, just when it needs petrodollars the most. Output is expected to slump to 1.84 million barrels a day next year, the lowest compared with official government data since 1989, according to a survey with four analysts compiled by Bloomberg.

TransCanada Expects Decision on Keystone XL by End of Month - TransCanada Corporation (NYSE:TRP) reports that it spent approximately C$2.5 billion ($1.97 billion) in capital spending in the third quarter of this year. A decision on the possible completion of one of TransCanada's most controversial projects, the Keystone XL crude oil pipeline is expected from the Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) by the end of this month. Andeavor Third-Quarter Profits Leap on Strong Refinery Operations - Bolstered by its Refining segment, Andeavor Corporation (NYSE:ANDV) (San Antonio, Texas) reported $551 million in earnings for third-quarter 2017, up from $170 million in third-quarter 2016.
