EIA: U.S. Crude Oil Reserves Up - Oil prices fell on Wednesday as the U.S. Energy Information Administration reported that U.S. crude oil inventories grew by 252,000 barrels for the week ending November 13 to 487.3 million barrels, marking the eight consecutive week of increases.

DJ Basin Pipelnes Merge into Single Project - Magellan Midstream Partners' (NYSE:MMP) 200,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Saddlehorn Pipeline and NGL Energy Partners' (NYSE:NGL) 130,000-BBL/d Grand Mesa Pipeline will now be merged into a single, 20-inch pipeline carrying 340,000 BBL/d of crude from Colorado's DJ Basin to Cushing, Oklahoma.

TransCanada Withdraws Keystone Route Application from Nebraska - TransCanada Corporation (NYSE:TRP) has withdrawn its application for the planned route of the Keystone XL pipeline from Nebraska regulators, less than two weeks after President Obama rejected the project.

U.K. Aims to Close All Coal-Fired Plants by 2015 - The United Kingdom has announced its intention to close all coal-fired power plants by 2025.

Texas Leads the Nation in Gas-Fired Power Development - Everything's bigger in Texas, including the pipeline of gas-fired power projects under development. Suncor to Boost Spending Next Year - Suncor Energy Incorporated (NYSE:SU) (Calgary, Alberta) says that it will boost spending in 2016 to up to C$7.3 billion, from analysts' estimations of C$6.3 billion this year, in order to expand operations and increase efficiency.

PRODUCTION
Netherlands Continue Cuts at Large Gas Field - A court in the Netherlands has ordered further cuts in gas production at the Groningen gas field because of earthquakes caused by gas extraction. Output will be capped at 27 billion cubic meters per year, down from 33 billion.

Shell Makes 100 Million-Barrel Deepwater Gulf of Mexico Discovery - Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE:RDS-A) (The Hague, Netherlands) said Wednesday that it has found 100 million barrels of oil equivalent at one of its deepwater discoveries in the Gulf of Mexico.
