U.S. Gas Prices Fall as Inventories Set New Record - U.S. natural gas prices declined as the U.S. Energy Information reported that U.S. gas inventories topped 4 trillion cubic feet for the first time ever for the week ending November 13.
FINANCIAL
Australia Consumer Watchdog Gives Green Light to Shell-BG Merger - The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has given the green light for Royal Dutch Shell's (RDS-A) (The Hague, Netherlands) merger with BG Group (Reading, England), although the merger still needs approval from China and Australia's Foreign Investment Review Board to go through.

ConocoPhillips Approves Alaska North Slope Project - ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) (Houston, Texas) has approved funding for its Greater Mooses Tooth development on Alaska's North Slope, a $900 million project expected to yield 30,000 barrels per day of oil at its peak.
TERMINALS
Texas No. 1 in First-Quarter 2016 Oil & Gas Terminal Kickoffs - With $795 million in projects set to begin construction, Texas is tops in the U.S. when it comes to planned first-quarter 2016 kickoffs for oil- and gas-related terminals. In all, Industrial Info is tracking 32 active U.S. terminal projects, worth $2.55 billion, that are set to begin turning dirt in the first quarter.
POWER
Dominion Develops Renewable Power in Virginia, North Carolina - Dominion Resources Incorporated (NYSE:D) (Richmond, Virginia) wants to increase power generation from renewable sources to 15% of its Virginia service territory by 2025 and to 12.5% in its North Carolina service territory by 2021. The company already has about 766 megawatts (MW) of renewables-sourced capacity, which is either operational or under development, but is finding both onshore and offshore wind development to be more difficult than initially anticipated.
