Enbridge to Raise Rates on Express Crude Oil Pipeline - Enbridge Incorporated (NYSE:ENB) proposed raising tariff rates on its Express crude oil pipeline from Alberta, Canada, to points in Wyoming and Montana by 3%, according to a filing on Monday.
