North America
Pemex TRI began a 45-day planned turnaround on December 9 for the 150,000-BBL/d Combinada 2 (Crude 2) unit at its 270,000-BBL/d Cadereyta, Mexico, refinery.

Chevron restarted the 33,000-BBL/d SF Alky unit, offline since September 18, after planned maintenance at its 260,000-BBL/d El Segundo, California, refinery.

International
Abadan Oil Refining Company (AORC) has rescheduled a 30-day planned turnaround for six units at its 450,000-BBL/d Abadan Refinery in Iran. Previously, the turnaround was scheduled for December 1, but is now expected to begin by January 4, 2020. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the units by February 2.

Cepsa has completed a planned turnaround for the Lubrisur area, which includes seven units, at its 247,000-BBL/d Gibraltar (San Roque), Spain, refinery. Units were shut down on November 6, and were restarted on November 22.

Galp Energia SGPS SA will begin a 30-day planned turnaround, in February 2020, on the Fabrica III Area at its 225,000-BBL/d Sines Refinery in Portugal. The area includes the 43,000-BBL/d Hydrocracker unit.
