Total Petrochemical completed maintenance on the 60,000-BBL/d VDU 2 unit, today, December 20, at its 190,000-BBL/d Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, after it was shut down on December 2.

Phillips 66 restarted the 18,500-BBL/d Reformer 244 and 16,740-BBL/d Unisar Jet/Diesel Hydrotreater 248 units on December 19 at its 82,000-BBL/d Rodeo, California, refinery. The units had been shut down for maintenance since October 17.

Countrymark Cooperative completed planned maintenance, which started October 16, at its 26,000-BBL/d Mount Vernon, Indiana, refinery on December 9. Units involved were the Lone Crude; 6,500-BBL/d CCR Reformer; and 15,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater.

PT Pertamina Persero Balikpapan is scheduled to perform a 30-day planned turnaround on six (and associated) units within Area 2, beginning July 31, 2020, at its 260,000-BBL/d Balikpapan Refinery in Indonesia. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the units by August 30.

Petrobras has completed maintenance repairs at its 251,000-BBL/d REVAP Refinery in Brazil. The major planned turnaround on four (and associated) units began on September 26, and was completed by November 10.

Petrobras will perform a major, 30-day planned turnaround at its 189,000-BBL/d REFAP Refinery in Brazil by mid-January 2020. The turnaround will be carried out on the 94,000-BBL/d Crude 2; 40,000-BBL/d RCCU; 31,450-BBL/d Cracked Naphtha HDS; and their associated units.
