North America
Pemex TRI continues with the mechanical portion of a planned turnaround for four units, and associated units, located in the Hidro 2 Area at its 325,000-BBL/d Salina Cruz, Mexico, refinery. The units went offline on October 20, and are to come back online the third week of December.

International
South Refineries Company (SRC) has rescheduled a 30-day planned maintenance shutdown for three units at its 210,000-BBL/d Basra Refinery in Iraq. Previously, the turnaround was scheduled for June 1, 2020, but is now expected to begin by July 1 of next year. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the units by July 30.

Total Refining & Chemicals has completed a major maintenance turnaround at its 205,000-BBL/d Gonfreville Refinery in France, which kicked off on September 7. The Distillation, Deep Conversion 1 and Deep Conversion 3 areas resumed full production on December 3.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has begun a 40-day planned turnaround for seven major units at its 160,000-BBL/d Mathura Refinery in India. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the units by January 13, 2020.
