Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) resumed full throughput at its 320,000-BBL/d Kochi Refinery in India on December 18. The IREP block, which includes seven major units, was operating at 91% since November 24.
Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals (MRPL) resumed full throughput of the 60,000-BBL/d DCU on December 28 at its 300,000-BBL/d Mangalore Refinery in India. The unit had been derated by 7% since December 1.
ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd plans a 30-day, plant-wide planned turnaround, which will begin January 6, 2022, of the 300,000-BBL/d Jurong Refinery (Mainland) in Singapore. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the units by February 4, 2022. The turnaround will involve eight major units.
