Industrial Info is tracking nine capital-spending projects in Germany's industrial organic chemical sector, valued at $62 million, which are planned to kick off construction next year.
Dow Silicones Deutschland GmbH plans to spend more than $20 million to expand its silicon facility in Wiesbaden. Other chemical companies like BASF SE, DuBay Polymer GmbH, LyondellBasell Industries NV, Prefere Resins Holding GmbH and Vynova Group also are planning plant modernizations and expansions.
