Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) plans to increase the nameplate capacity utilization of its 210,000-BBL/d refinery in Port Harcourt from 50% to 90% by 2025. Tecnimont Nigeria Limited is selected to carry out engineering, procurement and construction of the project.
