Two of the nuclear power stations have two units each: the 1,678-MW Saint Lucie Nuclear Power Station (Jensen Beach, Florida) and the 1,386-MW Turkey Point Nuclear Station (Homestead, Florida). Both plants are owned by Florida Power & Light Company, a subsidiary of the FPL Group Incorporated (NYSE:FPL) (Juno Beach, Florida). The single-unit 838-MW Crystal River Nuclear Station (Crystal River, Florida) is owned by Progress Energy Florida Incorporated (St. Petersburg, Florida), a subsidiary of Progress Energy Incorporated (NYSE:PGN) (Raleigh, North Carolina).
