Pan American Energy (PAE), owner of Axion Energy, continues with the commissioning of a 50,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) delayed coker unit as part of the expansion of its 95,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Campana Refinery in Argentina. Axion indicates that the commissioning phase will conclude by the end of November and the unit might be up and running by early to mid-December. The refinery continues to run at approximately 80-90% capacity.
