Pembina to Sell Stake in Key Access Pipeline System - Pembina Pipeline Corporation's (NYSE:PBA) (Calgary, Alberta) joint venture with KKR & Co. has agreed to sell its 50% stake in the Key Access Pipeline System (KAPS) to private equity firm Stonepeak Partners (New York) for C$662.5 million (US$484.89 million).

NATURAL GAS
U.S. Natural Gas Up on Colder Weather - U.S. natural gas futures jumped to their highest in over a week on Monday, driven by forecasts for colder-than-normal weather and higher heating demand over the next two weeks. Front-month gas futures for January delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose 33.8 cents, or 5.5%, to settle at $6.587 per million British thermal units, the highest since December 1.

Spain's Gas Imports Down in October - Spain's natural gas imports fell 8.9% in October compared with the same month a year ago, government data showed on Monday. Spain imported the equivalent of 36,835 gigawatt-hours of natural gas in October, Cores, an arm of the Energy and Environment Ministry, said. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) shipments represented 64.3% of the total imports, the rest came through pipelines, Cores said.
