SIBUR, the largest integrated petrochemical company in Russia, has postponed major maintenance on its 859 million-pound-per-year ethylene unit at its Kstovo site, in accordance with measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The maintenance project was set to begin April 17, but it has been rescheduled for July.
