ExxonMobil Chemical France SARL continues with restarting the 930 million-pound-per-year polyethylene resins (PE) and 882 million-pound-per-year Steam Cracker (ethylene) units at its Notre-Dame de Gravenchon Chemical Complex in France, after the units were shut down on September 21 as a result of a strike. The unions and management reached an agreement in mid-October, and the units are expected to become operational in early November.
